National Biodiesel Board launches effort to protect important federal policy
Fraud is the catalyst and integrity the goal for new National Biodiesel Board task force. The new group will be the first to formally evaluate the RIN program, identify possible weakness, consider existing RIN integrity programs and options, and identify solutions. Haer will appoint the Task Force that will include obligated parties, biodiesel producers, and representatives of EPA.
