Arkansas Code 15-4-2803&15-4-2804; House Bill 1379 and 1845, 2007; Senate Bill 237, 2007. Alternative Fuel Grants, Biodiesel Tax Refund, Income Tax Credit Incentives & Biofuels Use Requirement require biodiesel suppliers to certify that they will produce biodiesel fuel that meets the appropriate federal and state standards. The Arkansas Bureau of Standards will work to ensure fuel quality standards.
